Upstairs bathroom and landing of my three bedroomed property for sale in Charminster, Bournemouth

3 bedroom Charminster, Bournemouth semi-detached for sale

Cyril Road, Charminster property for sale - hall and stairs

Charminster, Bournemouth Property for Sale with two reception rooms

Today, I thought I'd feature my ground floor reception rooms. They are of a good size and recently re-carpeted.

The room at the front on the ground floor could be used as an extra bedroom or as a lounge or dining room (picture top right).

Kitchen overlooking garden is a great feature of my property for sale in Charminster, Bournemouth

One of the great features of my property for sale in Bournemouth is the kitchen, which is a good size and overlooks the garden.

The garden is quite small but a good place for children to play under reasonably close parental supervision.
